 When I spoke about sugar in the video I  meant sugar from Whole Foods -White sugar is  bad in general.

When I said all the people I know who tried keto for cancer died - I meant all the people who did not use breathing normalization.

All people I know  who used keto and breathing normalization won the cancer.
